Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management tool, which will grant you total control over your e-mail box accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can set up a new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, finetune email filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your email boxes against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email accounts against spam electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired e-mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail box you want to forward e-mail messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
